Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about Linkora Studio's free tools, privacy approach and our official brands.
Is the QR Code Generator really free?
Yes. Every QR code and design is generated locally in your browser with a maintained JavaScript library. Your content is never uploaded to our servers — there is nothing to upload to.
Do I need to create an account to use the tools?
Yes — all five tools (QR Code Generator, QR Design Studio, vCard Generator, Link-in-Bio Builder and UTM Link Builder) are free to use with no account and no sign-up.
Do the QR codes expire?
Yes. We generate static QR codes: the data is encoded directly into the QR pattern itself, so the code works forever, needs no subscription, and keeps working even if this website ever went offline.
Can I download and print the QR codes?
Yes. PNG downloads are standard image files and the Design Studio can export genuine vector SVG files. Both contain exactly the data shown in the preview. Always test a scan with your phone before printing.
Is my uploaded logo or contact data sent to a server?
Absolutely. All image processing — including optional logo uploads — happens locally in your browser via the FileReader API. Files are never sent to a server.
How do I scan a QR code with my phone?
Modern phones (iPhone and most Android devices) scan QR codes directly with the built-in camera app — no extra app needed. If scanning fails, check size, contrast and lighting; our scanning-troubles guide walks through the common fixes.
Does the Link-in-Bio Builder host my page online?
No. The builder gives you a live preview and lets you download a standalone HTML file (or a JSON configuration) that you upload to your own hosting. We never invent a public URL for your page.
What are UTM parameters and do they track clicks by themselves?
UTM parameters are labels added to a URL (like utm_source=newsletter) so analytics tools such as Google Analytics can tell you where visitors came from. Adding them doesn't track anything by itself — the destination website must have analytics installed.
What are Zabify and SMM Panel Global?
Zabify (store.smmpanelglobal.com) is our official store for AI tools, digital products and software. SMM Panel Global (smmpanelglobal.com) provides social media marketing services and reseller solutions. Both are linked clearly wherever relevant; we never invent prices, discounts or availability.
How do I make a QR code match my brand safely?
Use the free QR Design Studio: pick a dark foreground on a light background, keep the quiet zone (margin) intact, and if you add a logo keep it small and use high error correction. Then test the final file with a real scanner before printing.
What is a .vcf file?
A .vcf file is the standard vCard contact format — tapping it on a phone offers to save the contact directly. The vCard Generator produces both a scannable QR code of your details and a downloadable .vcf file.
Will a Wi-Fi QR code connect guests automatically?
Wi-Fi QR codes use the standard WIFI:T:WPA;S:network; P:password;; format that phone cameras understand. We escape special characters automatically. Note that some older phones may still ask for confirmation before joining.
I'm new to QR codes. Where should I start?
Start with the newest guides on the Guides page — 'How QR Codes Work' explains the basics, and each how-to guide links directly to the free tool it describes.
Do I have to visit Zabify or SMM Panel Global to use the free tools?
No. We show the tools first and keep promotional sections clearly separate. Nothing here requires visiting a commercial website, and there are no redirects, pop-ups or forced clicks.
